At Chill Steel Pipes, we stand by the durability and quality of our vacuum-insulated stainless steel products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the pipe is unused and cleaned. Pack the item securely in its original box with all modular components and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its unused condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
